- Technical communication: Skills to communicate complex technical concepts to local farmers and companies in simple terms.

- Sales experience: Proven ability to identify sales opportunities and close deals.

  • Tareas a desarrollar:

Business trainee will be responsible for business development and sales activities related to su-re.co’s climate-smart products such as su-re.coffee and su-re.cocoa, with the following tasks:

- Acquiring new B2B partnerships and customers by identifying sales opportunities and cultivating relationships with potential clients.

- Performing and reporting marketing and sales analysis to support decision-making and improve sales strategies.

- Supporting the production process, which includes managing raw materials, coordinating with partners for production, preparing packaging, monitoring production, and arranging deliveries to clients.

- Researching and developing information/communication materials related to competitive analysis, benchmarking to support sales and marketing efforts.
